If we got it wrong
How to complain about us
Three rungs, named timeframes, and a last rung that is not us. Dollar Loanz publishes the regulator's complaint route on its own site, because a company that hides it is telling you something about itself.
The ladder
Three rungs, and you can step on at any of them
You do not have to start at the bottom, and you never have to finish with us before going outside. Each rung names who handles it and how long they have.
Rung 1 of 3
Tell us
Handled by the servicing team
Write it down once, here. You get a case number on the screen and a copy by email, and it is tracked from that moment whether or not anyone answers the phone. Most things end at this rung, usually because they were a misunderstanding about a date or a figure.

Rung 2 of 3
Escalate it inside the company
Handled by the compliance officer
Not happy with the answer? Say so on the case and it moves to a review by someone who was not involved the first time. You do not have to re-explain anything — the whole history moves with it. You will be told what the reviewer decided and why, in writing.

Rung 3 of 3
Go over our heads
Handled by the regulator, and the federal consumer bureau
You never have to finish with us first, and using this rung costs you nothing and changes nothing about how we treat your agreement. The Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner examines credit access businesses and takes complaints about us directly. The federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau takes them too. Texas credit access business registration: not yet issued.

Rung one
Tell us what happened
No account needed. It takes a couple of minutes and you get a case number on the screen before you go anywhere.
What is it about?
One tap. It decides who picks it up, which is the difference between an answer in two days and an answer in two weeks.
What happened?
Your words. Nobody edits them, and they go on the case exactly as you type them.
Dates, amounts and who you dealt with help, but do not hold back the complaint to go and find them.
Optional, and the single most useful thing you can add. An apology, a figure corrected, a process changed — say which.
Why we ask
Most complaints take two extra rounds because nobody asked what the person actually wanted. Answering here often turns the whole thing into one reply.
Optional, and approximate is fine.
Their name, if this is not about your own agreement.
Why we ask
We may need their permission before we can discuss their account with you. Saying so now saves us asking later, and it does not stop us logging the complaint today.
Anything that backs it up
Optional. A screenshot, a statement, a letter — whatever you have handy. A complaint with nothing attached is investigated just as seriously.
You do not need an account to complain, and you have not needed to log in to fill this in. Complaining does not affect your agreement, your rate, or anything we report about you.
What we do with it
What happens after you press send
Five things, in order. None of them is “we will be in touch”.
What happens
- It is logged with a case number before you leave the page, and the number is on screen rather than in an email you have to go and find.
- A named person replies. Not a template with your first name merged into the top of it.
- If the answer does not land, one control on the case moves it to somebody who was not involved the first time — and you do not retell any of it.
- You are told what was decided and why, in writing, whichever way it goes.
- The regulator route stays open at every rung, including before we have replied at all.
What complaining does not do
- It does not change your rate, your schedule or your agreement.
- It does not affect anything we report about you. Complaining is not an adverse event.
- It does not need an account, a log-in, or a reference number from us.
- It does not stop you going to the regulator at the same time. Both routes run independently.
- It does not cost anything, at any rung, ever.
Our timeframes are ours, not the law's
The 5 business days at rung one and the 15 at rung two are standards we publish and hold ourselves to. They are not statutory deadlines, and we will not dress them up as though they were. The one clock on this site that is set by law is the credit-reporting investigation period, and it lives on the credit reporting page.

Going over our heads
The details below are the regulator's, not ours. Nothing on this page asks you to try us first.
How to complain about us to the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner
No reference number from us, no permission, no need to finish with us first. It costs you nothing and it changes nothing about how your agreement is handled.

Free help that is not us either
If the complaint is really about money being tight rather than about something we did, a free non-profit counselor will get further with it than a complaints process will. The list below is independent, free, and includes services that would happily replace us.
And if a payment is the problem, there are options on your account for exactly that. You do not need to be behind to use them, and using them is not a complaint.
Independent, free, and nothing to do with us
We do not run these, we are not paid for sending you to them, and we are not told when you click.
National Foundation for Credit Counseling
Competes with usA non-profit network of certified credit counselors. They will look at your whole budget, not just this agreement, and they can talk to creditors on your behalf.
Financial Counseling Association of America
Competes with usA second national association of non-profit counselling agencies. Worth trying if the first one has no appointment near you.
Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
Federal plain-English guides on debt, collections and your rights — and the place to complain about us if you want to.

Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner
The Texas agency that examines credit access businesses. Its consumer helpline is (800) 538-1579, and it takes complaints about us directly. Texas credit access business registration: not yet issued.
2-1-1 Texas
Dial 2-1-1 anywhere in Texas for local help with rent, utilities, food and transport. It can help free up the money the payment needs.
We do not run any of these, we are not paid for sending you to them, and we are not told when you click. Every link goes to the organization’s own site — that link is the only claim we are making about them. Free means free: never pay anyone for a service on this list.
Already have something open?
Every case you have raised with us — a complaint, a dispute, a hardship request — sits in one tracker with its state, its owner and the date we are held to.

- Fee structure
- An arranging fee for each month the agreement runs, charged by Dollar Loans LLC, plus interest for the whole term, charged by S2 Funding LLC, both worked out on the amount advanced. Each is shown in dollars before you sign.
- Annual percentage rate
- The annual percentage rate counts our fee and S2 Funding LLC's interest as one yearly figure, worked out by the actuarial method Regulation Z sets out. Until our way of calculating it has been checked, this site prints the dollar figures and leaves the rate out. S2 Funding LLC's interest on its own is not the cost of this agreement.
- Your right to cancel
- You may cancel by midnight of the third calendar day after you sign, at no cost. You return the amount advanced and owe nothing further.
- Paying early
- There is no prepayment penalty.
$2,000 to $50,000. The amount depends on the vehicle and your application. Full fee schedule at /occc. These disclosures are effective September 14, 2026.
