A company is worth exactly what it can prove. So here is the whole set — what we say about ourselves, what stands behind each one, and which of them are not finished yet.
Counted from the list below rather than typed in above it, so this line cannot flatter us.
Each one dated, each one linked to the page behind it.
The document exists, or a database outside this company will confirm it.
Real work in flight. The page says how far it has got.
Listed anyway, because leaving them out is the whole trick we are refusing to do.

The list
Grouped by the question it answers. Every card carries a status, a date, and a way to check it yourself.
Two companies, both named, both with a role you can look up.
Texas credit access business registration: not yet issued

Dollar Loans LLC arranges the funding. S2 Funding LLC advances it.
They charge two different things, and both appear on every figure we show you. A site that mentions only one of them is hiding half the price.

We arrange title funding only in Texas.
The application is completed online. There is no storefront behind this website.

There is no star average, no "customers served" counter and no testimonial anywhere on this site.
Not because they would be unflattering — because we have not earned them yet, and a company inventing them is committing a specific federal offense rather than a marketing sin. They appear here when they are real and consented to, with the date consent was given.

If we stop servicing your agreement, its terms do not change, you are told in writing first, and the lien-release duty travels with the lien.
Pure policy, published before anyone asked. The notice period is not yet set and the page says so rather than guessing; no backup servicer is named because none is contracted.

The figures and the rights that survive contact with a regulator.
Both charges — our fee and S2 Funding LLC's interest — are shown in dollars before you give us anything. The combined annual rate is left out until our way of calculating it has been checked.
The calculator asks for two numbers and shows the cost of that example. It does not ask who you are, and it is not an offer.

An arranging fee for each month the agreement runs, charged by Dollar Loans LLC, plus interest for the whole term, charged by S2 Funding LLC, both worked out on the amount advanced. Each is shown in dollars before you sign.
With a worked example generated from the schedule rather than typed in beside it, so the example and the schedule cannot drift apart.

You may cancel by midnight of the third calendar day after you sign, at no cost. You return the amount advanced and owe nothing further.
Stated in calendar days the way the statute is written, not in clock hours. Those two differ for every signing that is not exactly at midnight, and the clock-hours version is always the shorter one.

There is no prepayment penalty.
The payoff calculator works out the figures for ending the agreement in the month you choose.

The Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner's consumer helpline, address and complaint route are published on this site, alongside ours.
Raise it with us first and we would rather fix it. But the escalation path is printed, not buried, because a company that hides the regulator is telling you something.
What we hold, who it reaches, and what we will never do with it.
The controls page marks each one as in place or planned. The planned ones are on the same page as the built ones.
A security page that lists only what is finished is a brochure. This one carries the gaps, because the gaps are what you would actually want to know.

Every category of company that could touch your information is listed, with what reaches it and why.
Named entries are named. Categories we have not contracted yet say so instead of carrying a logo we have no agreement with.

A coordinated disclosure policy with scope, a contact address, response times and safe-harbor language.
Plus a machine-readable security.txt, which is what a researcher’s tooling looks for first. Its absence is the tell of a small shop.

No analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, and no third-party tag manager on any page.
Which means nobody outside this company learns that you were reading about title funding today.

Access, correction, portability and deletion, subject to the records the law requires us to keep.
The retention obligation is 7 years on the transaction records themselves. That part we cannot delete for you, and we will not pretend otherwise.

WCAG 2.2 Level AA, scoped to named pages, with a known-issues table carrying target fix dates.
A conformance statement with no known issues on it is not believed by anybody who reads these for a living. Ours has issues on it, because we went looking.

No store badge, because there is no store listing behind one. Add the site to your home screen and it opens like an app.
A download button that goes nowhere costs nothing to add and takes a reader ten seconds to see through. We would rather use the page to tell you what we do have.
Last reviewed
Nobody outside this company has yet tested this site against either standard.
Everything on the security and accessibility pages is our own assessment of our own work, which is exactly as strong as it sounds. When an outside firm has looked, the report date lands here.

Every other claim on this page is ours. This one is the regulator's.

Credit Access Business
Texas credit access business registration: not yet issued
We are not publishing a registration number on this page yet. A number previously shown on this site was checked on 2026-09-14 and is not ours, so it was removed everywhere rather than left in place. Until the registration certificate is in hand, we would rather show you nothing than show you a number you cannot match to us.
The number goes here the day the certificate is in hand, with the date it was checked beside it. Until then, search the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner for the legal entity name — Dollar Loans LLC d/b/a Dollar Loanz — rather than for a number.
